Question Pc won't post with dual Channel ram

I need help with my old pc it has a ECS H61H2-M17 Mobo, pentium g2010 with stock cooler, and 2x 4gb HyperX ddr3 ram

For some reason it won't post with 2x4gb of ddr3 ram installed, both slots worked before i upgraded it to windows 10, now only one slot works, it won't boot if i place the ram on the slot close to the cpu, could it be a faulty motherboard or something else?

I currently have the latest bios for the Mobo which is 6/19/2013.

And for the ram i couldn't find the original one but it was similar to this, only 4gb also running at 1600MHz.
