Question Pc won't start after pressing the power button at first attempt

Since last couple of months whenever i try to power on my pc through power button it doesn't work at the first attempt but at second attempt it works and my pc boots up normally.

Can someone please tell me why this is happening ? And can someone pls give me solution for this.

My pc specs :
Psu : Corsair CV 550w
Ram : Corsair vengeance 8gb × 1
Gpu : asus gt 730 gddr5 2gb
Cpu : ryzen 3 3300x
MB : msi a520m pro-vh
Ssd : crucial 240gb
