[SOLVED] PC wont turn on after holding down power button

My friends pc froze last night and he tried to ctrl+alt+del and nothing worked so he just held down his power button and it wouldn't boo back up. He has unplugged and plugged the front panel connectors in but nothing has worked.

Restart CMOS to start. Also check for any beeps or lights that flash on the mobo. Remove the GPU and try booting.
