Is corsiar ddr 2 pc5300 good memory for new games? what do you guys recommend

Corsair makes good memory. 2 gigs will work fine. Some boards default to a lower setting than the memory's rated speed, especially when overclocking, so getting faster memory may not make your games run faster.
