PcChips 830LR / ECS K7S5A

Hey i was just wondering whether or not there was any difference between the ECS K7s5a and PcChips 830LR, both based on the SiS 735 chipset.

There is no difference at all, only the color of the PCB.
About 6 moths ago one moderator of the pcchips forum told me that PCCHIPS and ECS share the same assembly line.

well the thing is i am on a VERY limited budget so i want a new motherboard that takes both SDRAM and DDR, the motherboard i have right now is an ECS k7VMA that seems to work great but i need a new mb for ddr memory or newer cpu
