Where can I get a sound card for hp vista (pci-e) that is capable of recording?

Internal recording is recording anything from the computer, on line,internet,etc vs external, which could be line in, mic, camera etc.

On my old Creative Audigy SE I could switch to "wat men hoort" which is translated into "what people hear". If you have a recorder (e.g. Windows Sound Recorder) you can just set it to that option and it will record anything you hear.
