Question PCIE M.2 SSD on an ITX Motherboard?

I'm currently planning a Mini-ITX build with an SSD. IF I use a PCIE SSD, will it take away PCIE lanes from my GPU? I'm planning on getting the z390 phantom gaming.

gpu use the cpu lanes.

If M2_1 is occupied by a SATA-type M.2 device, the SATA3_1 port will be disabled , won't interfere with GPU.
