[SOLVED] PERFIL XMP BLACK SCREEN

Hello people I come to see if you can help me, I bought this mb and when I enter the bios and activate the xmp profile the screen goes black and already three times I had to reset the bios.
It may be that where the bios version I use is 1.10 I throw error to use the profile and should update the bios to version 1.80, also my pc has a tridentz ram 3600 mhz and cpu I have a ryzen 5 3600.
If you could help me by telling me if it is the bios or what settings to touch to make use of the xmp profile I would be very grateful.

Looking at the tags of this thread, it seems you mentioned it in the wrong place, the make and model of your motherboard. Now, which B550M motherboard do you have? Google search lists ASRock having 4 different B550M models in their portfolio.

I'm sorry, but I've already fixed it in case someone needs it, I updated the bios, apparently the other one was unstable and I put the most current one two versions back.
