3DMark11:
P8686
X3450

Both of these results come back with underwhelming results, and under the performance of similiar setups.
The Dominator RAM shows 667MHz (which may be under rated, I may be wrong). I am trying to see what in my setup may be bottlenecking my results and to see if I possibly have an issue. I have run temp checks and the card is running 60C under load, the CPU is 60-65C under load. I posted in the games section - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/113444-13-black-giving-headache#t688740 about FPS losses during certain portions of different games.

I have also been in contact with HIS, who told me the speed of the card is checking out fine on 3DMark11 (their result was P6017, yet I am unsure if they build the same setup for testing). I am using the most current drivers for the BIOS, graphics card, ect.

If anything else is needed, please let me know. Otherwise, if I seem to be wrong about my setup being slow or having issues, please address this as well. Thank you guys for any help provided.
