Hi guys, please point me in the direction to a site that will optimixe my
XP. For example i have re installed XP and now the mouse "scroll wheel" is
scrolling in "jumps" and not smooth. Any help is most appreciated!

There is no site - you're supposed to do it yourself.

You may need to re-install your scroll mouse drivers. By default, XP tries
to use a standard scroll mouse driver--which works in most cases. Most but
not all.
