Phenom II 720 BE Bottleneck 5770?

I'm going to build a new rig.

And I was planning to get a Phenom II 720 BE for budget reasons and a 5770, so I was wondering if it would bottleneck my 5770 that I was planning to get. I'm planning to get a Hyper 212+ with it so I'll definitely have a lot of overclocking room, and I might try to unlock the 4th core if it's actually worth it, but I heard that sometimes the performance decreases when you unlock it.

nice parts and no the 5770 wont bottleneck your phenom since its a be,and those processors have more cache memory on the cpu,and if it does somehow do it ,theres always the option of overclocking yes,
unlocking the 4 th core only happends on cerctain b.e core steppings so make sure you get the right one .
