Hello
I was wondering around why my text on Philips 242E1GJ is kind of.. blurry? I bought is as budget screen long ago and I knew I didn't expect much of it. BUT I was playing around because letters on screen are low quality especially in using Microsoft Word or youtube and trying to read something. In games? Well, I gotta place myself into screen sometimes lol.
Found it somewhere it was about "stereoscopic 3D" and I was trying to find it in Nvidia Control panel, but what occured while looking for SS 3D, I have found out that my native resolution is 1080p, 1080x1920. I was okay, let's try that out since it is native and when i switched to it, my refresh rate lowered and is locked at 120Hz.
I am usually using 1080x1920 144Hz. My question is, why is my "native res" by Nvidia Control panel at Full HD locked at 120Hz and other "PC" version of it is normal at 144hz, but a text is a bit kind of blurry? Anyone may know some difference?
Here are links to pics so I can help you guys understand question a bit more clearly since my English is like a rotten brain: View: https://imgur.com/a/wc1gKbm
Btw. Do not buy yourselves this monitor, go for AOC 24G2U if you are on the budget and looking for really cheap, but good Full HD 144hz display. It is a bit more expensive, but not that much (around 260€ in Croatia)
Graphics card Gainward 1050 Ti and current driver is 565,90
