Picture on start menu

when I first started using my computer, the picture I chose for my user name
appeared like it's supposed to on the start menu. Now it doesn't appear,
only my name is there. I don't know how to make my picture come back on.
Please help me, Thanks!

Hi CC,

You must have Use the Welcome Screen enabled in User Accounts, and have
Windows XP Theme applied in Display Properties>Themes tab in order for the
picture to appear.
