Figured I'd share our current experience with Pinball Connection
(formerly Arcade Grafix). Ordered a set of Spy Hunter sideart and
Karate Champ overlay on February 1, 2005 and February 3, 2005. I know
the quality isn't there, but figured it was better than what we had to
work with.

They billed our credit card immediately, and I called them about two
weeks later and they indicated the product would ship shortly. Another
week goes by, call them again and again they said it would ship
shortly. Made a final call last week with no response. Its been over
a month now and no signs of our two orders.

Needless to say I've contacted our credit card company and will be
getting our money back. In addition to the fact that they haven't sent
the items they immediately billed our card for the order, which is a
big no-no for merchants.

Just be careful when dealing with this company, I would not recommend
them.

I just ordered a translite for a customer of mine on Feb. 9th through
Paypal and have heard nothing. I called and emailed multiple times and
have not heard a word back. I filed a claim with Paypal last night.
Good luck with yours! I would reccomend that nobody do any business
there as it sounds as if they are "gone" for the moment.

I found that out years ago on Tempest and Star Wars graphics I could
have drawn with crayons and been more happy! I had to get the translite
I ordered to help keep a customer happy so I didn't have much of a
choice. I should have known better but thought that maybe they would
have become better.

Hi,

It has been well documented for years that they are a terrible company🙁

I live in Reno and know Chris who runs Pinball Connection. I spoke with
him yesterday and he told me he'd been very ill for about three weeks.
You might give him just a bit longer before you call your CC company.

Note the current owners of Arcade Graphics have only owned it for about
8 mos. Comments regarding their products from years ago aren't
completely valid. I have personally seen him working hard on improving
the quality of the art he sells. I have seen the 'before' and 'after'
and its a big difference.

I agree with you. After a month when I've called and emailed I would at
least like to hear "sorry, we forgot" than nothing at all. I get stuff
out slow sometimes but I do answer the phone and answer the email to
let people know I'm not just ripping them off.

I'll throw my 2 cents in here. I ordered some artwork and received
several different explanations about its delay. Finally received it
three months later. Never again until I hear huge accolades about what
a great turnaround they've done.

When do you draw the line? If you purchased an item off ePay and didn't
receive it 6 weeks after you paid for it, you'd be ALL OVER the seller.
This is a business; in the business of providing artwork for the arcade
industry. They have a responsibility to their customers to deliver their
product in a timely fashion. If shipping is going to be delayed for
whatever reason, they need to contact the customer and provide a legitimate
explanation for the delay. Ignoring emails and not returning phone calls of
paying customers is an unacceptable business practice and should not be
tolerated. Furthermore, Chris is apparently not the only one there because
a woman returned my call and fed me a line about the status of an order
which I have yet to receive. Do your friend a favor and tell him; in
business, reputation is everything, and if he doesn't change his business
practices, his business problems WILL go away.

That's too bad. If you don't get satisfaction with the credit card
company you can file complaints with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center
which is affiliated with the FBI:

http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp

Also the Better Business Bureau:
http://bbb.com/

They can make life very difficult for them. The FBI takes complaints
very seriously.
