When playing CS GO I get a terrible lag / stutter which causes many things like characters to freeze and appear out of no where. I really started to notice this between 1-2 weeks ago. I have low ping during matches and my fps is 200-300 on average. I do think this problem is also affecting other games like LoL where my game will start lagging and start popping up with " Attempting to reconnect "

My computer: Speccy Summary

Operating System
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1

CPU
AMD Athlon (tm) X4 760K Quad Core Processor
Richland 32nm Technology

RAM
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz

Motherboard
MSI A88X-G43 (MS-7793) (P0)

Graphics
S22B300 (1920x1080@60Hz)
2048MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (Gigabyte)

I've tried:
Low graphics
Setting launch options
Installing Razor(game boosting)
Reseting my router
Removing antivirus when playing
Re-installing csgo

I have tried to do many things but its still the same, The only answer i can come up with is my drivers are out of date or not installed properly but i check for new drivers regularly and install them when new ones come out and I have SlimDrivers to scan if I got up to date ones and use AMD gaming evolved which also tells me of new drivers

Please respond if you have any suggestions or answers to the problem.

Are you connected to your internet via ethernet cable or wireless? By the "attempting to reconnect" i pressume that its a latency/interference issue between either you and your router or you/router to the servers that you play. Unfortunately, networking isnt my strong point so i cant really help you too much. Luckily i do play csgo!! I play in wireless connection( my wireless is pretty good) and when things are downloading/ streaming i get rubber banded (jittering caused my high ping) your ping only has to spike for a short time for this to happen. In csgo open the console and type: net_graph 1 and watch if the ping spikes when you get the jittering

I am connected by ethernet and I do have net graph on and it doesn't spike it sits around 50 too.

Started like a week ago didn't think much of it and now it still goes on and makes the game realy hard and annoying to play.

Yes competitive is what i play and where it happens i have my max acceptable matchmaking ping set to 120 but no i have not tried " the csgo matchmaling server picked to help get the closest server to you? "
