Question Pixelated Discord Camera/Webcam if camera resolution is above 480p ?

Recently I've been using Discord camera/webcam a lot but the problem is the output to my friends is pixelated but not on my end. I even tried using another discord account to test the quality and watch the stream on my main account and the quality is okay. I use a Canon EOS 550D with EOS Webcam utility and an android phone using droidcam in 720p resolution but the output is pixelated.

It seems like when using camera resolution above 480p makes the discord camera blurry and pixelated.

If anyone knows what's causing this issue and know how to fix it, any help would be much appreciated.

I don't think it's internet issue. My pc is connected to my router via Ethernet cable and I'm able to stream to on YouTube 1080p 60 fps using OBS with the quality being pixelated or blurry. This only happens on discord camera for some unknown reason and I could not find anything on the internet on how to fix this issue
