Please advise me on upgrades for my system, 560ti to 670 or 7950?

Here is the specs
ị-2500k
gtx 560ti
ECS P67H2-A3 (people says this only support crossfire, not SLI)
OCZ ModXstream pro700W
Coller master hyper 212 Plus

I'm very temped to get a gtx 670 for $300 AR (PNY brand). But in the future if I ever want to go for the second card, I would have to buy a new MOBO. On the other hand, one suggested me to get a 7950 for $274.99 AR. he say this one has the same strength as the gtx 670, and great potential for overlocking. Could you guys give me some advise. Any other alternative is welcome too. Thank you so much!!

If you want to have multiple cards go for AMD as nVidia SLI is not supported on your mobo.
Both AMD HD 7950 and GTX670 is at par. In some benchmarks AMD is better in others nVidia is better. The AMD card will come cheap and the nVidia cards consume less power.

Overclocking the HD7950 will give you awesome results.

The pony 670 is a fantastic price, but with that stock cooler, it is noisy. Read the reviews in NewEgg. If the extra noise isn't a problem, go for it. Nvidia has a few advantages over AMD such as Physix, less stuttering etc. And lower power. Of course these advantages are about cancelled by the 7950's overclock ability. Remember, you can overclock the 670 too.

Should I get a 670 now, I'd get either:

yeah both are good but 7950s are cheaper and when oc'ed can play ball with the gtx 670 so its up to you.

I may go with the Sapphire, can you tell me if it is the Boost State Edition, what is Boost State and how is it different from the regular HD 7950? Sorry if I am asking too much I will pick ur answer as the best. Thank you

Boost State Edition is sales speak. Here's the straight poop:

Standard 7950's operate at 800MHz. Many manufacturers add a boost state that the card will run in if the demand for graphics processing is high. You can see that by looking at the specs.

The Gigabyte I showed you has a speed of 900MHz period.

The Sapphire has speeds of 850MHz and will up to 925MHz under heavy loads. I believe this is the "boost state."

So, at stock settings, you can see that under heavy load the Sapphire is actually faster, and has the advantage of normally being at a lower frequency when the power isn't needed saving noise and power and perhaps increasing the life of the board.

Keep in mind you can probably overclock these cards, perhaps as high as 1GHz and faster. So the stock speeds are not necessarily what you are stuck with.
