When i connect my usb to the PC every time it says you need to format your usb. what might be the problem? Please tell me. My usb is Sandisk Cruzor.

If connecting a flash drive to the USB and the unit needs formatting, do so. If the drive is defective replace it.

either your USB-key isn't formatted, so you can't use it.
or windows says there are some problems with it and suggest to format it (not necessary...)

if the usbkey works, you don't have to do it.
if it doesn't work, format it, if it still doesn't work, get another one

When I connect my USB to the PC, the system is turned off.
