Hello, i recently upgraded from a FX-6300 to a Ryzen 3 3300x. Ever since the new upgrade, all my games have been crashing. This includes GTA V, CSGO, PTTR, Cooking Sim etc. Only one that worked was cities skylines.

FYI:
Yes, i have the latest drivers, also removed them with DDU and put them back.
Did a reinstall of Windows.
The CPU is not overclocked, nor does it overheat.
Done a sfc scan. Nothing.

Specs:

Ryzen 3 3300x
GTX 1060 6GB
16GB DDR4 3200

Solution
Yeah, 3200 MT/s is OK but if it's Corsair LPX 50% of the modules don't work proper with Ryzen because Corsair use different types of DRAM chips for the same type of ram.
MB = B450 Aorus Elite V2

PSU + Thermaltake Smart 700w Bronze, just about a year old.
I'm seeing nothing really obvious.

The BIOS should work.

The PSU should be enough....unless it just happens to be coincidence that it's acting up at the same time you changed the CPU (which is possible).

I don't think the drivers should matter...your old drivers should have been fine.

So...now I'm thinking that one possibility is...possibly during the CPU install...something didn't get seated all the way? I would at least power down and reseat things....and if I had another PSU laying around I would swap it in.
