Please Help ASAP

I cleaned my pc with a wipe after shutting it down, grounded myself and everything. yet when I had turned it on it made a beep or two then starting up went fast as it used too, so is internet browsing. I had grown restless and didnt want to wait to drive to the city the get canned air so i just did a quick job. I have a feeling I did everything okay though as the systems running faster than before however I am missing some tray icons, they are just blank spots. & my firewall and defender are unable to erect themselves. I think when it applied updates before i cleaned it that some icky things spooked about & that is my problem. I just want to be sure thanks in advance

did you clean your drives with said wipe?

this is most likey a software issue but always good to check your hardware

sorry I physically cleaned the inside with an anti-static wipe, just to get excess dust. GPU temp was way too high
