Question PLEASE HELP!!! Asus rog Z390-e

I recently purchased all the parts for my first PC, after putting all the components together the first issue we encountered was not getting a post until we removed one of the RAM sticks and moved the single one to the A1 ram slot (3rd from the CPU) and then we started to get a post. The PC runs fine in BIOS but when I try to install windows 10 it either black screens or freezes on the Asus loading screen or the installation screens(at variable parts of the institutional). We ended up just loading windows onto my Ssd from my buddies computer and booted windows on my new rig. Once we booted windows it froze again, the 1st time on the windows home screen and the second I just got the same old black screen. I have no idea what the issue could be or what to do. Please help!

CPU-intel i7-9700k
Mobo-Asus rog Z390-e gaming
GPU- rtx 2060 super
RAM- Corsair vengeance 16gb
PSU- EVGA 600
AIO-nzxt kraken 240mm
Case- nzxt h500
