As mentioned in the title, I am building the PC with those specs. This is my first build. I got a new packed Antec VP630F psu from a friend. I know this psu is quite old and the OEM for this model is Delta Electronics. I read online and it seems like this power supply has all the necessary features like over-heat protection, over-current protection, over-voltage protection, overpower protection, under-voltage protection and it is 80+ certified

Would this power supply be okay for my build? I think I can also go to Bestbuy and get the Corsair CX750M, it is around $105. Would going with Corsair be a better option or the Antec power supply should be fine?

Thank you in advance.

The PSU was pretty good....in it's day. It's day was ~7 years ago though.

It would probably do the job, but I'd suggest a newer unit & maybe flipping the VP630F to cover some of the cost.

Even a quality 650W unit would be plenty here - and you could get the SeaSonic made Antec Earthwatts Gold Pro 650W for $95:

or the 750W unit for $105 - a better 'value' for the quality you get vs the CX750M
