Please help me pick a case

I'm doing a first time build

parts I have so far are

AMD X4 635
MSI 785GM
OCZ RAM DDR3 1600
Thermaltake V1 Heatsink
Hitachi 1TB HD
HD 4850
OCZ 550W PSU

Trying to get my case and am stuck . I like These two cases and the price is right for me. Please tell me which you like better and why. If you have a better suggestion please let me know.

The Antec 300 is a nice fairly roomy case, it has more than enough space for a 4850, the NZXT is a bit larger and both will have good cooling, so it really comes down to personal preference, and if you are going to use that rebate. If you arent going to use the rebate then i would go for the antec since its significantly cheaper, if you are going to use the rebate then get which ever one you think looks cooler.

I would go with the Antec 300 Illusion and replace the OCZ 550W PSU with the Antec 300 Illusion and Antec EarthWatts EA-650 combo for $124.98

When it comes to quality OCZ has an inconsistent track record. Some power supplies are good, some are adequate, and some are of questionable performance and value.

I bought the 550w Fatal1ty when it was on sale a few days ago. Did a combo with a dvdrw drive and got both for $60. It has pretty decent ratings. I really wanted a corsair but i'm cutting cost by buying stuff on sale. Starting to wonder if this was a mistake. I heard bad things about ocz rebates too.

Fatal1ty is an older model. It should be okay.
