Please help. No post no beep (i5 6500)

My computer wont post or beep and this is my first build. Ive spent months watching build guides and what not to do, so i was really careful on this. Except maybe one thing. My Gigabyte h110m-a only accepts 2133mhz ram, while my cpu supports 2400mhz and 2133mhz. I have a single stick of 8gb 2400mhz ddr4 and this is the only thing i seem to think is the problem.

- i5 6500
- evga 500w
- 2400mhz ddr4 ram
- gigabyte h110m-a mobo
-Amd rx 550
- 1tb wdb

I have everything connected, yes the 4pin by the cpu, 24pin, front panel connectors, ram is in correct single channel dimm slot. I just dont know. Please help.

You removed the GPU and the monitor is connected to the motherboard? You can't hear beeps, but did you connect a piezo or a case speaker to the motherboard?

I moved ram into dimm slot 2 and did beep code for ram dimm error, and yes i did all those

It may be the issue, but 2400 MHz RAM normally defaults to 1333 MHz. You tested with a minimal configuration outside of the case before assembling everything?
