It's a psu. Is it a "good" psu? I wouldn't go that far, if we're comparing it to others. 2 year warranty doesn't inspire much confidence tbh. The psu is the heart of your system after all. To be sure, there are far worse, and far better. For the price its going for, spending maybe a tad more on a better psu would likely be a better choice.
Cooler Master b500 ???
Not a big fan of CM psus tbh, and the v2 model seems a bit overpriced, unable to find original. Here are some helpful links:

Also check johnnyguru.com & Tom's recommended psu page. Lot of sales out there, and also consider the motherboard and chipset, though here you shouldn't run into a problem, but it's always best to make sure about compatibility before ordering, rather than order and find out the hard way you chose wrong. I know it'd be a lot easier to simply name a power supply, and I will, but the above info in the links is good to know for anyone who may want to know in regards to psu overall quality.
CORSAIR CXM series CX550M isn't too bad for a bronze psu for the price, though I'd go for the RM550x or better if possible. SeaSonic G Series SSR-550RM also not a bad value for the price, $60 after $10 rebate. EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G2, around $80ish, 7 yr warranty. If you like CM theres the Cooler Master G550M, semimodular, though priced similarly to some others listed above that offer more value for around the same price. Btw, this is just my opinion. Plenty of people choose the cheapest PSU they can find. All I'm saying is it's better to remember the importance of the component, that it's worth getting the best one you can for your budget.
