Please Help With Motherboard Hunt!

I bought a pre-built Acer PC like an idiot a while back and almost everything in from it has been replaced and pc has been rebuilt. The only thing I need to replace is my motherboard. My case can hold all sizes, and all I do is gaming. I just have the MB from my Acer in a new case with a window and its ugly AF, and I want a new one but am clueless on mb's lol. Pls Halp. Also on a budget so looking towards $80- $120

24 GB RAM DDR4 - 3 sticks
Nvidia Geforce GTX 970
650W PSU
240gb SSD and 1tb HDD
Corsair 400C Case

Have you thought about MSI Pro‑Vh H110M? I think it would be better for your build.
