Here are the AGP versions and voltages from Wiki
AGP 1x
A 32-bit channel operating at 66 MHz resulting in a maximum data rate of 266 megabytes per second (MB/s), doubled from the 133 MB/s transfer rate of PCI bus 33 MHz / 32-bit; 3.3 V signaling.

AGP 2x
A 32-bit channel operating at 66 MHz double pumped to an effective 133 MHz resulting in a maximum data rate of 533 MB/s; signaling voltages the same as AGP 1x;

AGP 4x
A 32-bit channel operating at 66 MHz quad pumped to an effective 266 MHz resulting in a maximum data rate of 1066 MB/s (1 GB/s); 1.5 V signaling;

AGP 8x
A 32-bit channel operating at 66 MHz, strobing eight times per clock, delivering an effective 533 MHz resulting in a maximum data rate of 2133 MB/s (2 GB/s); 0.8 V signaling.
Since the 7600gs is 8x then you will have no problem.

3.3 volt agp refers to the old agp 2x cards. All newer agp cards use either 1.5 or .8 volts. If your motherboard worked with the 9250, the 7600gs should work fine. But you may need to upgrade your power supply. If it's less than 350 watts, I would upgrade it now. Do not use a lightweight (less than 4 lbs) cheap power supply. Some last only a few days. I speak from personal experience. For example, newegg and eaglebit.com carry the sparkle 400w with large 120nm fan for around $40 shipped. It's heavy duty with steady rails, and should have the connector you need for the 7600gs.
