almost the same price (without the monitor) and miles better performance .
also with this build you have much better options for future upgrades .
what brand and model is your new 650w power supply ?
paying 638 bucks for rtx 3060 in 2023 is a big NO (that card is barely worth half as much) .
as for the case you can go with fractal focus 2 (not the best , but a solid mid-range option -
i would recommend to buy one extra 120mm rear fan as well since the case doesn´t have it preinstalled)

@CabKing65 here's a few suggestions to your build. Since you don't plan on overclocking I would look at a B760 board with decent VRM's.

Maybe u might have missed to mark the 3060 as already purchased and amazon just threw in its current pricing.

U will have to game on 1080p in that monitor unless its an old game or light game.

I would also suggest going for the 7800X3D if you can afford it.

U probably dont need a X670E mobo. a B650E like this can do the job just fine: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Tz...ifi-atx-am5-motherboard-b650e-pg-riptide-wifi

Just check for the required front panel connectors and usb and RGB headers and choose your mobo.

You can build as is.

My thoughts:

Noctua has about the easiest and simplest cooler mounting system.
Noctua maintains a list of suitable coolers for various processors.
Here is the list for a 13700K:
Noctua NH-U12 redux is on the list, but I would not particularly recommend it.
A 13700K needs a better cooler to allow it to run at it's best capability.
I might suggest the NH-D15s:
One thing to look at is the height required. 160mm in this case.

Cases are a personal thing. Yes, looks count. You will be looking at it for a long time.
Lian-Li makes top quality cases.
How about the Lian li air mini:
The included pair of 140mm front intakes provide plenty of air flow.

No game, by itself needs more than 16gb.
But, with ram prices low, I would opt for 32gb. Particularly if you will have other tasks running while gaming.

Do not chase impressive sequential benchmarks on a m.2 device.
Most all activity is random.
I would think in terms of a samsung or Intel 2tb m.2 pcie device.
They make their own parts and can integrate them better.

Is there any feature of windows 11 that you want?
If not, consider w10 which has been out for a while and is better de bugged.
Buy the retail, not oem version in case you want a future motherboard upgrade.
Home is ok, PRO probably has nothing of value to you.

Ok please check on this updated build.

Need help with Sound card , Case size and Brand , What kind of storage . M.2 Is all new to me. SSD was all my old builds.
I would check out the onboard sound before making a decision on purchasing a card. That board has a decent audio codec along with DTS. Either one of those SSD's I posted earlier will work fine. Both are super fast and reliable.

I would check out onboard sound first.
You can always add a sound card later. Perhaps even your current one.
But sound cards can be tricky. They impact other components in perhaps an unknown way. Defer that decision.

Cases are a personal thing.
It needs to fit your parts, for your motherboard, you need to be able to handle a ATX motherboard with 7 expansion slots.
Lian li makes top quality cases.
I might suggest their Air mini:
Whatever you pick, buy the one you love the looks of; It will be with you for a long time.

M.2 is just a size format. It is handy because you no longer need a psu power connection and a sata data cable connection.
It will fit in a slot in your motherboard.
M.2 comes in both sata and pcie flavors, pcie being faster sequentially and no more expensive. 2tb would be a typical size. You can always add more storage later.
You can still use/reuse a 2.5" sata ssd.

On a build with this budget, do not go cheap on the cooler.
The AG620 has only 120mm fans and will not cool as well as the noctua NH-D15s which uses 140mm fans.
140mm will move more air quietly.

on the LIAN LI O11 AIR MINI Black Looks great and priced good. I really don't care about looks. Was wondering about the NH D15. Will that case be big enough to hold a NH D 15?

How many M.2 slots does a mother board usually come with now? I seen the recommendations for WD and Crucial. Wonder why not Intel or Samsung for 2 Tb M.2 was not recommended ?

The OP is running an i5 13600K on a B760 board.

The air mini can hold up to a 170mm cooler.
The NH-D15 is 165mm; the nh-D15s is 160mm.
So far, so good.
But with anything except low profile ram, the NH-D15 may have clearance issues with the front fan that need to be resolved.
Look at the spec diagrams from each.
The NH-D15s is designed for one fan operation.
Adding a front fan may only make a 2c. difference.

Used to be just one m.2. But, today, most will have at least two m.2 slots and usually more.

I happen to like samsung and intel for their ssd devices.
They make their own controllers and nand parts so they can integrate better.
A while back the 2tb version of the Samsung 980 PRO
experienced premature wear. Some are put off by that.
The issue has since been fixed with current microcode.
And Samsung magician can check and update your microcode if you happen to get old stock.

You would need a Z790 board for that due to the fact the B760 chipset doesn't have enough PCIe lanes to run dual M.2 SSD's without gimping the second M.2 SSD. If you do decide to go with a Z790 board and run dual M.2 SSD's you want a 500GB SSD for your OS and a 2TB SSD for your storage.

This board pretty much as it all. Realtek 4080 audio codec, PCIe 5.0, WiFi 6E, 16 60A phase, etc ...

Why Me - What are your top 3 recommendations for Mid size Hardware Case's???
Top 2 CPU cooler's you would choose to cool the Factory settings for a Intel Corei513600KCPU???
Best value atm is this cpu cooler.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B6FD741J
DeepCool AG620 Dual Tower CPU Cooler $54.99

For $10 more you get an upgraded version of that cooler with quieter fans.

DeepCool AK620 Dual Tower CPU Cooler $64.99

https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/deepcool-ak620-review

There are a number of twin tower coolers out there.
Thermalright peerless asassin is another:
My 2cents:
With a high end build, do not pinch pennies on the cooler.
You should want 140mm fans like the noctuas and not the 120mm fans on lesser coolers.
They can get noisy if they need to spin up for max cooling.
Do not get hung up on fast sequential speeds for ssd devices.
Most all of the activity will be random.
Go ahead and reuse your sata ssd drives.
In this test, experts could not tell the difference between sata dds, pcie m.2 and high speed devices.
