Remember all owners of plexwriters had problems doing a CD copy with plextools.??
i posted my problem here in this forum, that plextools does not recognise my sony as the source drive while doing a CD copy...and everyone told me i should upgrade to version 1.9!!!!
well, i e-mailed plextor service...and just check out their response!!!!!!!!!
"Dear sir ,

The problem you mention with plextools is normal since plextools can only
work with our devices .

Kind regards ,

Try another copying program, perhaps Nero or Roxio's Easy CD Creator.
But for copying CDs, I find CloneCD to be one of, if not the, best.

""......BULLSH!T....""

No its not. They named it "plextools" (not "anyCDRWtools") for that particular reason, so it does make sense as it suppose to work with Plextor drives.

"If you like the tool, you wont be able to use it if you dont buy "our drive"" - that is kinda what they say, so the right thing to say would be ".... PROMOT!ON ...."

Post, we'll do the "search"...

Yea I only installed plextools like once. Now I use EasyCD or CLone to copy. Although plextool did work with my Toshiba CD drive.

"Sorry Sir we can't replace your Toshiba cup holder....Toshiba does not make cup holders."
