Plz help!!!

Hallo there. I am really having a serius problem. When i play some games my computer freezes or restarts without reasons. The screen remains stable ( NOTHING MOVES ) and the sound too. After that i can't do anything else expect manual restart fron the reset button from the case. It always happens to Need for speed Underground ( it does not matter if i play for 1 hour or one min it always happens ). It also happens but not so frequently in games like worm-3d ( one time in iss pro 3 ) and warcraft 3 ( some times it gave me error messages like that:

. The funny thing is that i never have these problems when playing Lord of the Rings:The Return of the king.What i could blame? I have installed 3 fans in my case and my CPU Cooler is volcano 7.Do you think it possible to have this problems due to power failure?

Has it always done this? Try updating your drivers, direct x 9 all that crap, you know? Don't forget the latest via 4 in 1 drivers (find that on you manufacturer's site).

I had a similiar problem (I'm having a bunch of problems with my new system) and I thought it was bad system memory just after getting my rma'd radeon back. I turned off fast writes and whammo, no more problem.

Even if it were a cheap power supply i think a 350 watt would be more than enough for that system.
