[SOLVED] Poor FPS at WoW

Hi, recently i have been playing wiht low fps on WoW (around 18-44). So i run a Benchmark at .userbenchmark.com, this are the results

So it´s performing way below expectations (10th percentile) ... but the benchmar can´t find the SDD, and i only have 1 HDD.
I run a test from HP (my notebook is an OMEN 15) and its doesnt seen having problem reading the SSD.
So i have no idea what is the problem.... shall i re install Windows? like a Hard reset?

turbo is lower than then it should, cpu is either overheating or power profile limits cpu clock (to reduce power draw)
check yor temperatures with hwinfo

At what settings you play? Userbenchmark website is unreaible to show true perfomance. First update drivers ofc, and check temps

When benchmarking a laptop make sure it is plugged into the power supply and that Windows power plan is set to high performance.
