Hello Guys, I need some help with networking and stuff. I use OPTERNA GPON ONT modem (fibernet) I want to change my NAT settings from STRICT to OPEN in call of duty modernwarefare 2019. I have seen so many videos on port forwarding and i learned it pretty much, I turned my DMZ on, enabled Upnp everything. The main problem is there's no portforwarding column in this modem the only thing i have is this View: https://imgur.com/a/AaXE6HV
. I dont know how to port forward in this modem, please help me out, i know the ports of modern warfare. But i just dont know how to port forward it. Then i saw another one video how the user does it through windows (from network router settings) View: https://imgur.com/a/9EOP82j
Here i put all the UDP and TCP settings and i named it to CODMW, i set all the inbound rules did all that, then i restarted my pc, the name got renamed to demonwareportforwarding (apparently this is the port used by cod) something like that. Then when i logined into the game, it was still strict. When i checked my ip inside the game, it was <xxx.xxx.x.x:3074> which means it was using the TCP port which i put via windows through the network router properties. I turned off my windows defender thinking that itd be blocking, yet still it was STRICT in game. I think the only go through is port forwarding via modem settings. Please help me out. Can you tell me how to port forward in this modem? it has so many other columns, i cant reinstall the modem's firmware cuz im not a tech guy and no other techie is living near me. The only go is port forward through what i have. It shows NAT-Virtual Server though, it asks for server ip, external ip idk all that.
