Port Scanner

Hello, I'm looking for a way to verify if I have spyware/trojans/etc. I know what to look for with a port scanner, and then how to get rid of the viruses if I do find the evidence, but can anyone recommend a good port scanner for me to use?

I have antivirus, I use Eset. All I need is a stand alone, no additional software, port scanner. And, I don't need a removal kit, as if i find a virus I'm going to wipe my HD.
