Hello, my 2TB Kingston XS2000 Portable SSD doesn't work.
On Mac
It appears in disk utility but does not perform any operations, no problems were found in first aid. When connected, it gives eject and ignore warnings, but the icon or it's content does not open.
In Windows
It shows as unknown in disk management. Since the disk naming part is disabled, I cannot try that method. I cannot scan because there is no disk name in the command prompt. There is no problem in the Kingston application, only 1.9 TB of space appears as unknown.
I tried with different cables and different devices, the result is the same.
I can't format it as there is important information in it.
The disk has a warranty, but right now I need to find a solution as soon as possible.
I would be grateful if anyone has encountered this problem or knows a solution and can help, thank you in advance.
