Question Possible GPU failure

Hey everyone!

Basically, i was having stuttering while scrolling. Then i checked if the screen was connected to the GPU, which it was. However when I booted up, I noticed that whenever I'd drag a window, they'd look distorted, slanted. As if the too was moving faster than the bottom. Like a square turning into a "trapezium"

I wasn't able to record that motion in the video but I was able to see it freezing
frame by frame. There's a ghosting effect and I guess it explains why I was seeing it slanted. It's really obvious when seen in person but this is the closest I could put on an image.

Which is why I'm worried my gpu might be failing.

Among other stuff, the stutter was sort of tracked down to a failing psu which will be replaced soon.

But this new issue is worrying me sick. Does anyone have any idea?

I presume you were asking to upgrade your PSU before, as evident form your previous thread ?? https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/will-these-psus-supply-my-system-well.3493868/

I assume those specs are also correct, but which PSU are you currently using ?

Yeah, my KCAS 500W 80 plus bronze was apparently failing due to non-usage of a power stabilizer (using it would void warranty but it's a long story).

I'm still with it but with an EVGA 500BR on the way

I tried getting a more powerful one but none was on stock, and with the fact that my GPU might be failing I was very reluctant on spending more money
