How much do you want to spend?

For the money, I would say your best option for an Nvidia replacement would be the RTX3050.

You could spend a little less on a GTX1650, but you lose a lot of performance for $40:

If you don't mind switching an AMD GPU:

My Motherboard has Supports PCI Express Gen 3.0 Only.
So, i think! current high end GPU will cause bottle neck with my CPU.

So, i'm looking Only for i7 4820K compatible GPUs.. I thin my options are limited here... So, budget doesn't matter.

I've just passed a 3060 12GB to a relative with a 4790k based system. They do casual gaming with some flight simming mixed in. It's actually turned out to be a good pairing surprisingly. I definitely think you'd be fine with any modern midrange card that fits your budget. It'd be a huge upgrade from your current GPU.

PCI-E is backwards compatible, so that doesn't really matter. It is better to go with a newer card, for future driver support, unless you are only playing older games.
