Possible link?

Hi, im wondering is it possible to link 1 completly different motherboards from 2 different manufactureres with 2 different processors, and different ram ect to work together

my main one is
Asus M5A88-M
ddr3 1333 mhz
amd phenom II 840
amd radeon hd 6770

the other one is
gigabyte ga-somthing somthing lol
ddr 333mhz
intel p4 northwood 2.5ghz not hyperthreaded
ati radeon 9550
