Question Possible overheat?

I'll start by saying I have never had this issue before, until the last 4 weeks. My CPU fan randomly just goes full blast mode and my screens turn black, I have monitored the CPU usage but there is nothing that takes up huge amounts of CPU usage. It is not overclocked and my room temp is normal, what could this be? The CPU, mobo and fans are all 1 year old.

How do you get out of the situation?

Reboot? Shut down for an hour? Wait 30 seconds and suddenly things are OK and the screen comes back?

When did you last open the case?

Are case fans known to be working normally?

Have you done any temp monitoring?

Happens totally at random and could occur when you are idling?

use temperature monitoring software(HWinfo, RTSS, etc) and keep an eye on temps as you are using the system and this issue occurs.

Totally at random, I even put a big fan at the back of my computer to make sure there is no problem with the fans but it is still doing this. Opened the case like 2 months ago. I just wait for the fan to stop then it shuts down. I think it is this AI suite as it has been f-ing my pc before

What might have changed since all was well 4 weeks ago??

Possibly a bad windows update, malware, virus, or???

Consider using system restore to reset the pc back to a much earlier checkpoint.
