Possible to get a PCI to USB converter/adaptor ?
Wanted to resurrect an old pci SB Live II, and use as an external USB audio device.,
and put in a DIY case.
Is this possible?
Running Kubuntu 19.04 on x260 Thinkpad.

I was hoping for USB 2.0to USB.3.0 not USB-C. Also the card is an old PCI not PCIe.
Surprised there is no such device for legacy equipment.

USB3 and USB2 and even USB.1.1 are downwards compatible. Difference is mainly in speed.
