Possible upgrade?

Hello,
Will I Encounter any problem if i change my processor to a "2.1GHz AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4000+ 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM2" and my graphics card to a "SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4650 512MB DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Video Card". The graphics card will most likely be refurbished from Newegg.com, if that matters. I'm trying to play Diablo 3 with no problems, it doesnt matter if its on low settings, so long as it runs smoothly.

thanks to a post by DAS_STIG, in another thread asking this same question, it looks like you can use up to an Athlon 64x2 5600+

And i should have no problem with my power supply, It over heating or anything like that?

Be aware that with a computer that old you may have a PCIe version 1.0 slot so make sure that the card you get is version 1.0 or make sure that your motherboard can handle a PCIe version 2.0 card.
