Hi guys, Hope you are well!

So, I have had an Intel 13700k for almost 2 years now, but recently I upgraded my GPU to a Zotac RTX 5080 AMP and got a new power supply Corsair RM1000x.
Since then I have been facing crashes in games, which never really happened before—maybe a few times, but not as frequently as now.

But for a few days now the crashes are happening like 95% of the time.
Now I read some articles on this that stated that 13th and 14th gen CPUs are eventually going to face this issue.

Now the main reason i believe it's the CPU is that
I was skeptical about my GPU and PSU at first, but I watched a video on YouTube where he said that you can use Benchmate R15 to see if it's really your CPU causing the crashes, so I downloaded Benchmate 15 and ran the test, and it crashed every time.
I ran a test again after overclocking my CPU a bit, and it worked fine, lol, and I started playing the game, and it didn't crash. I went out for a bit, came back, launched the game, and it crashed again, and then I ran the test on Benchmate R15, and that also failed.

What do you guys suggest could be the main issue and how to fix this?
Also, before I went for upgrades, there was a game, Sons of the Forest, and it crashed every 5–10 minutes, so I feel that it rules out the PSU or GPU issue.
Also in my Bios DRAM status my ram is DDR4 3600mhz Corsair but in DRAM status it's running on 2133mhz although XMP is enabled.

Specs:

OS- Win 11 updated

HDD- 1TB
PSU- Corsair RM1000X Newest

There's nothing you can do about the degradation issue on 13th Gen/14th Gen processors, you RMA them ASAP.

That being said,
but recently I upgraded my GPU to a Zotac RTX 5080 AMP and got a new power supply Corsair RM1000x.
did you run DDU to remove all GPU drivers in Safe Mode to manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site?

crashes in games
By crashes, do you mean crashing to desktop or the system reboots?

Board- Asus Prime B760m-a wifi
What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

Rarely it would go to BSOD but 99% of the times it's just crashing to desktop.

Bios Version is "American Megatrends Inc. 0807, 12/5/2022"

Do you suggest that it's an CPU issue?
