Power cant reach at motherboard of pc

Hello,
power is not reached at motherboard,if i use new smps than after the situation as above as like i change power cord,etc

Are you trying to say the cable isn't long enough to reach from the Power Supply Unit to the motherboard?

If you are saying that the power cable is not reaching the motherboard, are you sure that you are using the correct cable? For example if it is a four pin cable meant for the extra 4 pins for the main power connector it will not reach to the other 4 pin connector.
