[SOLVED] Power supply Capacity

So I recently was looking into a RX 5700 XT MECH OC and it said the recommended psu was 750w. The one I currently have is 650 and in benchmarks, under load it only uses around 400-450w of power. Would 650w be enough?

The minimum PSU requisite recommended by manufacturers usually takes into consideration low quality units as well, which are not capable of the kind of efficiency that high quality units render. So, it depends on what PSU brand/make/model you rock.
If your unit is within Tier A from the below list, then the 650w should be fine...
