It would likely fit, but I wouldn't use such a low quality unit with a GTX 1070. The VS series is meant for office systems, not gaming systems.

Good 450W will work. Here's cheap options if that's what you're going for. https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/fZyFf7,FQ648d/

No OCP at all. Most budget PSUs atleast have it on minor rails. No UVP on the 12V rail. No OTP implemented anywhere. Poor voltage regulation and deviation, especially in crossload.
Better than the VS. Not by much. Definitely not worth $40.

OP is in UK anyway.

With be quiet / Corsair CXM preferably.

It has OPP which does the same thing as OCP on a single rail PSU. While the S12 shows dual 12v rails is actually only uses a single 12v rail. Other PSUs(XFX and Antec for example) that use the same platform only show a single 12v rail.

I agree that the S12II and M12II are much better than the VS's. They are older units but have been around long enough and have proven themselves as reliable and are a solid budget option. The only crossload test it does poorly in is one that is extremely unlikely yo ever happen(very low 12v load and a very high 5v load) and it still does very well for a group regulated design.

So its probably not a standard ATX which will be SIZE 85mm (H) x 150mm (W) x 165mm (L)

You should look for a SFX size power supply.

Something like SilverStone SFX SX650-G 650W 80 Plus Gold PSU

125 mm (W) x 63.5 mm (H) x 100 mm (D)

If you convert the OPs measurements from CM to MM its 142mm x 150mm x 86mm. This is an ATX PSU, NOT an SFX "Dimensions of an ATX power supply are 150 mm width, 86 mm height, and typically 140 mm depth, although the depth can vary from brand to brand."
