Question Power supply for gtx 460

Hello,
I am looking for a power supply that would be able to power my gtx 460.
I am on a fairly tight budget so i am only able to spend 25 euro on a psu.
The rest of the system will be fairly low-end hardware (just like the gpu)
i need one that has all the needed power connectors etc...

There's not a power supply in the world that will be recommendable as being safe for a GPU with a supplementary power connector at that price range.
