Ive got almost everything picked out for my first build, but I dont know which power supply to go with. I was thinking 630W but I need clarification. If you do need to know, I do plan on overclocking GPU and CPU. GTX 1070 Founders Edition is already purchased, so cant change that.

Specs below in link:

Thanks :)

I wouldn't recommend the EVGA BQ. Its fine for lower end builds but because you will be overclocking both CPU and GPU, you should be looking at something higher quality.

Either one of these should work fine. The G3 has mixed reviews, people are complaining about the fan noise. That is why I recommend the G2. the SuperNOVA G2 also has a $20 rebate right now so I would get that.
You would probably be fine with a 550W PSU too because the total power draw of your system stock would be around 400W and with overclocks it would vary from 450-500W. I'd just go for the 650W for the extra headroom, peace of mind and possibility of upgrading to maybe an 8700k in the future / 1080Ti and overclocking those too.
