my System is
i3 2100
8GB ram
DH67BL
MSI GTX560 twin frozer II
DVD R/W
casing : cooler master CM II plus: http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=2971
my power supply is cooler master 500W: http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=2757

I think the power supply is enough for the above system.... But the problem is

case already has three 140mm fans

and i am hoping to install another three 140mm fans (without LEDs)

so can my power supply handle that without reducing GPU performance????

Solution
500w is enough, but the one you have chosen is not a very reliable PSU. Pick a 500w from OCZ, Corsair, Seasonic, Kingston, or any of he more reputable brands.
The funny thing about Coolermaster is that while they are a very respectable company for many other parts, power supplys aren't their strong suit. They commonly take a lower wattage PSU and market it as a higher *peak* power unit. I would avoid CM at all costs.

So you think it is not enough??????

The series GX(450-650-750) are the only real PSU from Cooler Master. Those actually are well-built and reliabe, everything before that its just... Not good.

As Alix24 recomended, any other brand with 500w will be enough to move your system.

Get a nice and reliabe PSU from other band, also you can get one with more Watts so you can be able to make nice upgrades in future...

The Silent Pro M, UCP and the Silent Pro Gold series are the best that Cooler Master have released.
The Seventeam built, original/first GX series wasn't any good either. The Enhance built revisions are better.
