Question Power supply issue with GA-M770-us3

Motherboar : Gigabyte GA-M770-US3 rev. 2.0

PSU : Aerocool VX-600

So, the issue is that PC turn on after 4pin from 20+4pin connector plugs in-out of the motherboard. It should be done for 4-5 times to turn pc on.
Whats wrong with m.b. or p.s.u. ??

Board 24 pin is damaged or PSU cable is not working correctly.

PSU is poor quality.

Like you said maybe the MB or PSU, because 1) the PSU is very bad. The 600W will not tell the whole story about the PSU, only the brand/model will tell. Check the PSU recommendations list: http://johnnylucky.org/power-supplies/psu-recommendations.html 2) The MB may have problem, it is old. So try other good brand PSU to boot the PC.

Broken wires on the PSU cable maybe?
