You are going to need for fix your links, it looks like you posted it then edited it a bit which broke them, also post the model name of the parts so we dont need the links.

yeah sorry about the broken links, i cant realy find any specs on the psu ive got atm or the mobo, so hopefully you can find it by the links

Thats a door stop not a power supply unfortunately.

Anything you can get for that cheap dont expect it to do its job. Why are you needing to swap out the lite-on unit? If it came prebuilt with the acer it should last for a while, they dont put great units in there but they put ones that will last a while in.

You probably wont need an upgrade if you only plan on upgrading your CPU. LiteOn is a pretty decent brand unlike the new one you are planning to buy.

In any case, something like this Antec EA380D for just $28 would run any processor + mid range graphics with no issues.

okay in that case, ill see if the proccesor runs on my psu ive already got, and if it does, ill return the one i bought
