Power supply query...

I'm looking to upgrade my new PC with a more powerful and slightly future proof.

My current specs are:
CPU: AMD Phenom X4 9650 @ 2.3GHz.
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
RAM: 4GB DDR2
HDD: 640GB
Motherboard: AMD 780V + SB700

I'm looking for either a 5770 or one of the following: 4850, 4870, 4890.

What power supply do you think I would need? According to Corsair, a 450W would be suitable.

Also, what would my CPU easily overclock to?

You'll need a 550-650w power supply for serious overclocking. Can't predict on any overclock; depends on your board model number and personal skills.

I chose a Corsair 550VX for a similar build that was just a little more power hungry.
